We ultimately care about your experience that’s why great care goes into all our plants and we protect them from damage during shipping with our special packaging to ensure they get to your home safe and sound.
As some plant babies don’t like drastic changes, It’s completely normal for them to show signs of stress during transit such as yellow leaves or small marks/cuts. If this happens, fear not, you can help them recover by just pruning damaged leaves. But if the damage is beyond minor blemishes, contact us within 15 days so we can sort it out for you.
For pickup orders, it’s 15 days from the date we sent you the pickup confirmation email.
For delivery or shipping orders, it’s 15 days from the date your order was delivered.
We require photos as proof of the damage and we will be happy to send a replacement, store credit or refund if applicable. Please note that our inventory is quickly moving, so we recommend reaching out to us immediately to ensure availability. If a plant is out of stock, we are not able to offer the same plant as a replacement.
Our guarantee is not applicable for plants that have been repotted, neglected or modified in any way.
